Earnest Money
How did everyone here raise earnest money? And then raise the capital? I also haven’t received an accepted offer for two reasons I believe. 1. I’m offering way below asking price to account for paying for debt, and paying back the potential investor. 2. I have no EMD. Is it better to get that yourself? I would think so tbh.
