Hey everyone,
Let's say I have a LLC with 100 shares.
It owns a building worth 900k.
That means each share is workth 9k.
My investor brought in 300k and bought 33.33 shares.
When I go and refi, does he get 33.33% of the refi amount?
OR
Does he get 33.33% of the TOTAL value of the property from what I refied out?
OR
Can we just set it at a multiple? Like, 1.5x, 2x etc...
