Hello MSR Dharma Community, Many of us have left MSR and are back in the busy cycle of life. I sincerely hope that everyone continues to practice the Dharma. You will see the difference it makes if you have stopped. I am working on finding some Dharma videos for our Sangha. I would like to share a message I received from the Boho Beautiful, online meditation and yoga practice.
