Hello MSR Dharma Community, Many of us have left MSR and are back in the busy cycle of life. I sincerely hope that everyone continues to practice the Dharma. You will see the difference it makes if you have stopped. I am working on finding some Dharma videos for our Sangha. I would like to share a message I received from the Boho Beautiful, online meditation and yoga practice. Hello everyone, I hope everyone is doing well 😀 In an effort to help and continue our practice once of Dharma. I would like to introduce you to Open Heart Sangha, a Buddhist community that shares the Buddha-Dharma throughout the world. I attended my first meeting in person last week and it was amazing.
