one question i've been asking ....what are you doing for your clients with AI?

Running a workshop this is a practical session where we'll be split into groups.

The entire purpose of the workshop is to give you the confidence to clearly articulate what you are offering when it comes to AI and what exactly to deliver to your clients that will lead to more revenue.

I do not have the answers to this! That's why we're work shopping it together.

There's 4 areas we're covering.

1) AI Basics (Compliance, Policy, Security) - this is the easy stuff.

2) Data Readiness (harder but still not outside our wheel house)

3) Business Process Managment (Definatley a new skill for most here but critical before you start implementing "automations".)

4) AI Transformation....(what even is that?)
