For adults who want to move better, stay active, and stop chasing random fixes.
Notice a foot turning out, weight shifting to one side, or recurring back, hip, or SI discomfort when you're active? Tried everything but keep falling into the same habits?
We've run our 1 on 1 Build a Body for Life program for years. The Movement Restart is a lower-cost, group-based starting point for learning our approach, understanding your movement patterns, and building foundational movement options with support from our team.
For simpler issues, this may be all you need. For long-standing issues, it's a solid foundation before deciding if you need individualized coaching within our Build a Body for Life Program.
Inside:
✅ Pattern Check app
✅ Pattern-based Starter Drills
✅ Compensation drill library
✅ Weekly live Q&A calls
✅ Public form check opportunities
Not private coaching, PT, or medical care. If you need customized adjustments, our 1:1 may fit better.

Cory brings genuine care, patience, and attention to The Movement Restart community. His practical, gentle approach helps people understand their movement patterns and build a stronger foundation step by step, without chasing quick fixes. Even when someone cannot afford one-on-one coaching, he still offers helpful direction and points them to the right place to begin. Highly recommended!

I’ve had lower back pain for about 5 years following a disk injury, and after many physios and doctors, I haven’t found a good answer to my pain. After just a few days of the breathing exercises in Cory’s program I could feel a real relief. The approach might not fit everyone, might not help every situation, but I am glad I found this program as I feel like I’m on the right track after years of trials and error.

I’ve had recurrent lower-back pain and stiffness during sleep for around 20 years. I’ve only been doing Movement Restart for a short time, so I don’t want to overstate it, but for the last 10 days that pain has been largely absent. I’m also much better able to consciously relax my lower back rather than tense or guard it. It’s early days, but that feels like a significant change.

I'm 73 and have been exercising my entire life. I also have a type of muscular dystrophy which causes neurological and muscular issues. I started the process three weeks ago and have been amazed at how effective the very simple exercises and the use of breathing have been at releasing tight areas in my right side which I feel were causing the weakness. I practice yoga quite regularly and attentively and it helps me do these exercises and experience the improvement they create in the asanas.

I have been a member for nearly 3 weeks and I am very hopeful in Cory’s approach. The hardest challenge for me is trusting the process, resting in the gentle movements that re-wire and make space for change instead of chasing a feeling of difficulty or doing more. I am pleasantly surprised in how the drills have helped me and how quickly Cory responds to posts and messages. At $29/mo I feel like this is a very worthwhile investment for the content and interaction that is provided thus far.
