I am sorry, I am not going through this tutorial sequentially. I think I got up to day 4. Then I reread day 2 and felt I needed to practice on the one thing formula. When I have time, I go to these skills and practice. I am finding it hard to do daily. Here are four topics: success, Fear, trust and Growth.
