Free yoga sessions for mums & mums-to-be 💛
Hey mamas 💛 I’m currently doing my pre & postnatal yoga training and would love to offer a few free sessions to any mums or mums-to-be in this community. During my own journey, I’ve felt how powerful movement can be — helping us connect, breathe, and feel more at home in our changing bodies. 🤰 For mums-to-be: take a moment to connect with yourself and your baby, and prepare your body and mind for the big day you finally meet them. 🤱 For new mums: even if you don’t feel like moving, I promise — you and your baby will never regret a gentle stretch.
