Free yoga sessions for mums & mums-to-be 💛
Hey mamas 💛 I’m currently doing my pre & postnatal yoga training and would love to offer a few free sessions to any mums or mums-to-be in this community. During my own journey, I’ve felt how powerful movement can be — helping us connect, breathe, and feel more at home in our changing bodies. 🤰 For mums-to-be: take a moment to connect with yourself and your baby, and prepare your body and mind for the big day you finally meet them. 🤱 For new mums: even if you don’t feel like moving, I promise — you and your baby will never regret a gentle stretch. My little baby is turning 1!!! Say what?!??
How has the first year gone so quickly and yet it feels like I’ve lived about a thousand lives and versions of myself. Relocated from New Zealand to Germany (where I’m from originally) with a 5 month old and completely underestimated how much work and mental load it would be. Has anyone else done anything big like that in their babies first year?? Looking for mamas to connect with as I left my mum friends in New Zealand 💕
