Last week I said I'd show you what to do once one app starts working for you. Here's what I did when it happened to me.
In about 20 days, my content got around 13,000 views on YouTube. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn added up to about 10,000 together. Same face, same camera, same filming sessions.
The easy move was to just post more on YouTube. I didn't. I looked at what was working there, and it was the AI posts. A lot of you asked for more of the AI part too, and AI was the topic people responded to most in my ads.
So the next six Tuesdays of the show are about one thing: building your AI social media manager, one hire at a time.
That's the move. When one app starts working, don't just turn up the volume. Ask what it's telling you. Which topic? Which first line? Then write the answer down where your AI will read it, so the next post starts from what already won. I call that a Signal Note.
Try this today: open your best post from the last 30 days. Write one line with the app, the topic, the first line, and why you think it worked. That's your first Signal Note.
Tomorrow I'll show you why AI writes posts that could be anyone's, and the one question I ask to test it.
What did your best post this month have that the others didn't?
