One video sold me on Bloom soda. This is content marketing.
If you already have a business and your content is not bringing in clients or customers, this video is for you. A business owner named Greg LaVecchia showed up on YouTube and talked about who he was and what he was building, the brand Bloom. He never mentioned the sugar or the calories of the product. He never told me why his soda was better than anything else on the shelf. He said, this is who I am, here is what I have built, and here are the things I have struggled with to get my business to where it is. I resonated with that. Then I bought a Bloom soda. Then I bought it again. I have now bought it almost every week since. I walked through how I went from discovery to purchase, and why it worked on me. Cohort 1 of the Content Marketing Accelerator starts Monday, August 31. 90 days, done-with-you, application only. If you have been in here trying to figure out how to make your content bring in clients or customers, and you would rather have it built with you than keep piecing it together on your own, that is what the Content Marketing Accelerator is for. 90 days, done-with-you, application only. Cohort 1 starts Monday, August 31. Tap here to apply 👈

What is your insight? NIke's branding content to influence the avatars. HeyGen who uses the avatars to build it's the future enfluence content brand. Those who see that you was spot on and an increase of buys after your comment but yet the company wants you to take it down and redo it. I've only experience this once.
Who has the most proof in your niche?
Somebody asked me this in LA and it stung a little. Who has the most proof in your niche? Not the best logo. Not the biggest following. The most proof. If the answer is not you, then the fix is not to get louder. It is to get narrower. Niche down until you are the most believable name in a small pond, then move to a bigger pond. Here is the part most people get wrong. There are three kinds of proof, and you need all three. 1. Your own results. With dates on them. What you did, when you did it. 2. One specific client result. One story, told properly, start to finish. 3. Your average result. This is the one almost nobody posts. Everyone shows the best case. The average is what convinces a person who has already been burned. Proof also has to look like the person reading it. A landscaper wants to see landscaping. A salon owner wants salon numbers. Generic proof reads like a stranger's story. No proof yet? You are not stuck, you are early. Do the work free for a few of the right people, or run a 90 day competition with the clients you already have. One metric, tracked out loud. That gives you all three kinds at once. So tell me in the comments. Which of the three do you already have, and which one is missing? I will tell you the fastest way to go get the missing one.

For me it seems like I'm chasing all 3 individually at different times. And it seems like what use to be the answer Benefits has been fading.... for now at least.
Late on the VSL and here's what happened and what's next
Hey everyone, I owe the group an apology and a straight update. I said I'd have the VSL for GLP-1 Answered done, and I went quiet instead of telling you it wasn't going to happen on time. That's on me. What's been going on. The last few weeks got heavy fast. Two churches in my area closed. Springfield has had a water main break on top of delays in business support, and the Chamber asked me to help push decision-makers to get involved. At the same time, the peptide community has been chaotic and people have been coming to me for ideas and help. I took all of it on and let the VSL and my updates to you slide. I should have said "I'm swamped, here's where I'm at" two weeks ago. Where I actually am I'm mostly caught up now. The VSL is not dead and it's the piece I need most for GLP-1-Answered, which is exactly why I'm not going to rush a half-finished version out the door. I'd rather be a little late and have it right than hit a date with something I'm not proud of. What I'm committing to is I'll post a progress check in here every week, even if the update is "still grinding on the script". I'll post the VSL script draft first so I can get feedback before I shoot. If something else comes up, you'll hear it from me before the deadline, not after. Thanks for the patience. Back to work. HW 5 of 7 In pursuit
Sorry I had to prioritize. From a Z3 fold to Z8 Ultra transfer, to creating pitch deck for a luxury hotel, updating images than I'm pitching. And I've had to kind of reverse engineer my pdf. I'm redoing my VSL with a little bit more practice.

Episode 14 Replay: NOTHING RIDES THE TRUCK WITHOUT AN AUDITION
We spent four episodes teaching you how to test content. Today we finally answered the part nobody asks out loud. What do you do when something actually works? Short answer. It has to audition first. Three signals decide it. Views are not one of them. Two of the three and it earns your ad money. One and you run it again a different way. Zero and you let it go, no matter how proud of it you are. The exact numbers to look for are in the replay. Also in there: - The three numbers I check before a single dollar goes behind a post, including one with a target most people have never heard of - Why the Boost button is the most expensive shortcut in marketing, plus the two other ad killers quietly draining budgets in this group - How one of you got cost per registration down to 8.97, and the messy test that found it - The landscaping account doing skits for millions of views, and why copying them would probably hurt your business - A story about clay pots that explains why your best content is still ahead of you - Everything we shipped in the Content OS this month, including the deeper Brand Discovery The prompt that scores your last 10 posts and names your winner is pinned in the first comment. Run it. Then post your winner and the verdict you got. Truck, re-angle, or let it go. If it passed, put it in the wins category so we can all see it. Quick community update. There are 239 of us now. 210 joined in the last 30 days at 19.1% on cold traffic, with a few days hitting 28.5%. One more thing. The Accelerator founding cohort starts August 31. Click by click ad account setup, distribution training, and posting straight out of the Content OS. DM me or Melissa if you want in. Watch it, then go audition your best post. Most of you are about to learn something uncomfortable about your favorite one. That is the useful part.

Rolling the smoke (truck phrase). The audition happens in front of a warm organic audience, but the truck runs against cold traffic with a conversion objective — a completely different context. In your client accounts, which of the three signals (retention, saves/shares, or buyer comments) has been the most predictive of cold-traffic conversion, and what's your move when a full 2–3 signal organic winner still fails its 50-conversion learning phase?
