Welcome to Block 5! Here we are sharpening the sword. Making you more explosive rep after rep. That means, harder strikes, faster shots, and quicker finishes. This means that while you're at half speed, you're still giving them twice the business. For this block, days 1 and 2 are mandatory. Day 3 is highly recommended. When peaking for a competition or fight, drop off days 2 and 3 during fight week. That will peak you properly for the competition. If you need anything, I'm a DM away.
