What's one book, podcast, or show that changed how you think?
Mine is The One Thing by Gary Keller. The big takeaway for me was that there's always a long to-do list, but the move is to prioritize the things that make everything else easier or faster.
To this day, I wake up every morning and pick one to three tasks that do exactly that. It basically helps me get out of my own way.
