I’m gonna be honest here… I ignored every one of my alarms this morning 😩
My husband and I decided to challenge ourselves with a new rule of no screens in bed. We’re hoping it helps us get better sleep and start our mornings on the right foot.
It’s a small change, but a necessary one for us. We’re planning to check in after a week to see how it’s going and if we’ll keep the hard line.
