I feel proud I got on my mat today for over 20 minutes. I’m learning that although these exercises seem small and insignificant, they are the building blocks that will allow me to stack on bigger and harder movements with more ease down the road.

Finally got a good walk in today! Physical therapy yesterday has me feeling motivated to move again. The setback was tough and discouraging, but coming back reminds me how strong and resilient I can be. I’m really proud to be in this moment and to be getting these new movements in!
