Today I can finally say: I got this long wanted BMU 🙌🏼🎉🎊 After months of working hard on strength and technique (loads of frustration too) I finally got over the bar today Thanks to the entire Mollitiam1839 family and coach Yann for his Programming , his patience and support 🫶🏼 It was my absolut goal for 2025 - so stick to it and you can reach yours too! It’s still time 🙃

😊 One of my biggest days today in my crossfit life 🥳 Managed getting in that oh so awaited bmu. It has been haunting me and felt out of reach but finally it happened! Thank you Mollitiam 1839 providing this amazing atmosphere and camaraderie plus of course super coaching 🥰 Getting this old body over the bar would not have been possible without you guys. So greatful being a part of this community🥰
