I've learned that focus is harder than it sounds One of the best things I've done for myself is just learning to stay on the same track for longer. When you're building a business, there's always something else you could be doing. A new service, a new AI tool, a new business idea, another way to make money. I've fallen for that plenty of times.
The problem is that every time you switch directions, you lose some momentum. I've gotten a lot more comfortable with just saying, "This is what I'm doing. I'm going to get really good at this." I think there's something to be said for staying with something long enough that you actually become dangerous at it.
