Gordon Ryan's Leg Attack DVD
I’ve been studying Gordon's leg attack DVD and wanted to hear what others think about it. What stood out to me is how much emphasis he puts on control before the submission, especially maintaining the knee line and controlling secondary legs before attacking. Concepts that helped me: • Prioritizing inside position in leg entanglements • Creating dilemmas • Controlling both limbs to prevent rotation Since studying it, I’ve found myself focusing much more on control and positional dominance rather than rushing the finish. Question: For people who have studied Gordon’s leg lock system, what concepts translated best into live rolling for you?
