Monday Reflection
🌿 What Each Organ System Needs
Spleen & Stomach (Digestion)
  • Thrive on warmth, rhythm, and regular meals
  • Dislike cold, raw, excessive sugar, and chaos
Liver (Detox & Flow)
  • Needs movement, emotional expression, and gentle cleansing
  • Gets stuck with stress, frustration, and irregular eating
Large Intestine (Elimination)
  • Needs hydration, fiber appropriate to your constitution, and calm
  • Tightens under stress → constipation or urgency
Heart & Fire Element (This Year’s Theme)
  • Needs grounding to prevent excess heat
  • Too much stimulation can worsen inflammation, reflux, and anxiety
🔄 The Healing Order: Why We Do Things This Way
In Chinese medicine, healing is methodical—not rushed.
1️⃣ Drain & Detox First
We gently clear what the body cannot handle:
  • Excess inflammation
  • Toxic load/Viral load
  • Dampness and stagnation
This may look like:
  • Temporary bloating
  • Looser stools
  • Fatigue
*These are often signs of release, not failure.
2️⃣ Calm Inflammation
Once excess is reduced, we focus on:
  • Soothing the gut lining
  • Stabilizing blood sugar
  • Calming the nervous system
This is where consistency matters most.
3️⃣ Tonify & Build Later
Only once the system is clear and calm do we:
  • Build energy
  • Strengthen digestion
  • Replenish deficiencies
Tonifying too early is like pouring clean water into a dirty cup.
🐎 Fire Horse Reflection
This year invites forward movement, but healing asks us to move with the body, not ahead of it.
If things feel slow, messy, or uncomfortable at times—trust the process.
Your body is not broken it is reorganizing.
Gentle progress is still progress. And this year, steady healing creates lasting momentum. Think of how far you have come and that be proud of showing up for yourself. You are WORTH IT! 🥰
