I have a local realtor friend who asked me the following: “Can you help? This man lived with his mom who just passed last week and they are kicking him out of the park in 30 days because it’s a senior park…. He needs to sell but is getting odd low ball offer a for like $12,500….. can you or your friend list and sell it for him and possibly get him more?” Could I wholesale this somehow? I’m not sure what I could do…
