ILC Survey Negotiation
We asked a seller to pay for an ILC survey but he doesn't want to. I think it may be important to know the boundaries and to confirm whether the MHs are within the park's boundaries, etc. It seems risky for us to pay for the ILC and then have to back out for some reason, now we are out even more in DD costs and the seller gets a free ILC. Is there a work around? or compromise?
