Call Clips
Would there be a way to have pure call recording clips of pitches, having conversations with sellers, negotiations, etc.
I know if I have that I can engage in a lot of the front end work for more experienced operators I seek to work with in the future.
At this moment, I dont have capital to contribute to deals, but I do know I can contribute in time and on a working skillset.
(P.S I am currently being trained to be a closer for curative title deals)
