When I find a video or framework I like, I use it as a starting structure. Not to copy but to model the flow, pacing, and structure.

From there I:

• Break it down with ChatGPT

• Use tools like Gamma to build the slides

• Use NotebookLM to organize research and tighten messaging

• Refine the narrative

• Record and publish

This webinar was built entirely through that system.
