Preventing Get ups!
Hey so broad topic but i’l try to narrow it down, what are some key things to focus on to prevent out opponents from just standing up, i feel like we work so hard to get the takedown just for it all to go to waste by them just getting up, im specifically talking about top half guard where as soon as we hit the mat that kneeshield slides right in and the cross post gets established for them to pop up. Is this a matter of aggressively clearing frames or am i missing something?
