Interesting….
Yesterday, I woke up at 4 AM and my wife wanted me to wake her up at 5 am to lift with me… so i decided to lay back down until 5… set an alarm thinking Im all good. Next thing you know it’s 7 AM and I have to get ready for work. Left me thinking about it all day long. I decided to fast from 8 PM the night before until 3 PM the next day. Got home, went for a walk, wake up this morning and get this in my Bible…. Sometimes we also need rest… and the last couple days because I work long hours, I got that rest. Thank you God for allowing me to feel the way I feel today and ready to tackle the day 🙏🏻

Today’s Reflection
Today, I lost my focus. I let my own will get louder than God’s, and I felt the weight that comes from trying to carry what was never mine to control. But here’s what I’m learning: the strongest men aren’t the ones who never stumble—they’re the ones who are quick to repent, quick to surrender, and quick to get back up. If today didn’t go the way you hoped, don’t stay there. Lay it at the feet of Jesus. His mercy is still available, and tomorrow is another opportunity to walk in obedience. Question for the group: What is one thing you need to surrender to God tonight instead of trying to control yourself? “Not my will, but Yours be done.” — Luke 22:42
Running for my life!!
I hate running, but I’m trying to incorporate and my daily workout. Today was the first day that I was able to run and only stop one time.!

Running for my life!!
5 mile run
MMA4AM 🏃‍♂️ This morning was tough. Five miles with @Michael Worthington . There were moments I wanted to quit. My legs were heavy, my mind was negotiating, and I had to slow down and fast walk more than once. But I didn’t stop. Mike finished before me, but instead of calling it a day, he turned around, came back, and finished the last stretch with me. That’s what brotherhood looks like. Sometimes strength isn’t running the fastest. Sometimes it’s refusing to quit. And sometimes it’s going back for the person who’s still fighting. Today’s run reminded me that the goal isn’t to never struggle. The goal is to keep moving forward, no matter the pace. You don’t have to finish first. You just have to finish. Meet me at 4AM. 🌱
