Today, I lost my focus.
I let my own will get louder than God’s, and I felt the weight that comes from trying to carry what was never mine to control.
But here’s what I’m learning: the strongest men aren’t the ones who never stumble—they’re the ones who are quick to repent, quick to surrender, and quick to get back up.
If today didn’t go the way you hoped, don’t stay there. Lay it at the feet of Jesus. His mercy is still available, and tomorrow is another opportunity to walk in obedience.
Question for the group: What is one thing you need to surrender to God tonight instead of trying to control yourself?
