D’arce Module IS OUT!
The D’arce is the most slept-on submission in MMA. It punishes bad wrestling. Your opponent shoots lazy, ducks his head, tries to survive and he’s out cold. Inside the new module: 🥋 The Sprawling D’arce turn every takedown attempt against you into a finish 🥋 The Mounted D’arce the choke nobody sees coming from top position 🥋 The Islam Makhachev D’arce the exact setup the P4P king uses to break elite grapplers This isn’t highlight-reel theory. It’s the same system we teach our fighters at Fighter Centre the ones who go from zero to winning on fight night. The module is live NOW in Premium. If you’re still on the free tier, this is what you’re missing every single week. Upgrade, watch it tonight, and hit these in sparring this week. 👉 [Upgrade to Premium — $9.95/month]
Let’s talk about the invisible side of MMA.
One thing I’ve realized throughout my career is that I wasn’t the fastest athlete, the strongest fighter, or the most explosive. What helped me become a two-time Swedish Champion, Nordic Champion, and IMMAF European Champion were the things that are much harder to see. Distance management. Composure after making a mistake. Staying focused under pressure. Controlling my breathing and adrenaline. Making good decisions when I’m tired. Fight IQ. Those “invisible” skills don’t usually make highlight reels, but they’ve made a huge difference in my own career. The physical attributes matter, but once you reach a certain level, everyone is skilled. Often, it’s the mental side and the small details that separate the winner from everyone else. What’s one invisible skill you think is underrated in MMA?
Defend against the jab
Multiple ways you can defend against the jab. All of them are efficient in their own way, it ultimately depends on what your goal is. Are you trying to slip and counter? Are you trying to parry and jab back? Each defensive mechanism has a different outcome. You should know them all so you don’t become predictable!

New Videos Dropped
🚨 NEW MODULE JUST DROPPED: POWER PUNCHING 🚨 Everything me and Enes posted so far has been free. This is where we level up. The Power Punching Module is live in Fight Camp Pro – several videos breaking down how to hit harder and fight dirtier. Inside you'll find: 🥊 DIRTY BOXING – Inspired by Justin Gaethje's style. The ugly, effective striking that wins fights up close – short shots, controlling the head, and hurting people in the range where most fighters panic. Gaethje built a career on making that range hell for his opponents. Now I'm breaking down how YOU can do the same. 💥 POWER GENERATION – Power isn't about muscle. It's mechanics. I break down exactly where knockout power comes from – ground connection, hip rotation, weight transfer, timing – and the drills to build it into every punch you throw.
