Take a listen to my own misfit story. It took me 20 years to figure out exactly why I was a misfit - it had nothing to do with my skills and abilities - it had everything to do with my personality and psychological makeup. It also had a lot do with being an immigrant from a different culture. In this community I'll share everything I learnt including tools, models and techniques to help you understand yourself, understand others and understand cultures where you fit or don't fit.
