WELCOME MISFITS!
If you're checking out this group, the word MISFIT probably caught your attention and right now you may be feeling confused, lost, frustrated or worried - I get it. I was there.
Take a listen to my own misfit story.
It took me 20 years to figure out exactly why I was a misfit - it had nothing to do with my skills and abilities - it had everything to do with my personality and psychological makeup. It also had a lot do with being an immigrant from a different culture.
In this community I'll share everything I learnt including tools, models and techniques to help you understand yourself, understand others and understand cultures where you fit or don't fit.
After I finally left the Accounting profession, I became a speaker and corporate trainer in emotional intelligence and influence.
I can help you to succeed in your current job or career, or to find a much better fit in a new one.
