Quick proof final publication
I built QuickProof because I was tired of seeing the same problem in shipping.
A package arrives damaged at a customer’s door.
Everyone asks the same question:
“Was it already damaged when it left?”
And suddenly, you’re digging through emails, camera rolls, paperwork and memories trying to figure out what happened.
So I built QuickProof.
The concept is simple:
📸 Take a photo of the package
📧 It gets emailed instantly
📦 It’s organized by customer and shipment/PO number
📅 The date is recorded
✅ You now have proof of the package’s condition at the time of shipping or delivery.
No complicated workflow. No searching through your phone’s camera roll weeks later.
Who is QuickProof for?
QuickProof is designed primarily for shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, warehouse and delivery teams, as well as small businesses that need a simple way to document physical products and shipments.
What’s new
After a lot of testing and feedback, QuickProof now has:
🌙 Dark mode with automatic system detection
🌎 5 languages — English, French, Spanish, German and Chinese
📝 More flexible fields for use beyond traditional shipping/logistics
🔔 Improved push notifications
💳 PayPal + Google Pay + Nimiq support
📱 A PWA that works across devices
📊 The testing results
Over the last few weeks:
600+ emails sent
1,500+ photos processed
0 failed sends
0 crashes
The closed testing phase has now been completed, and QuickProof has entered the production-release stage for Google Play.
The next step is completing the final Google Play review and preparing for the public release. 🚀

It’s been a really interesting journey building this, testing it, breaking things, fixing them, and slowly turning a simple idea into something people can actually use.
And honestly, the feedback has been one of the most valuable parts of the whole process.
If you work in shipping, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, delivery, or any business where documenting physical products matters, I’d love to hear your feedback.
What would make a tool like QuickProof genuinely useful in your workflow?
Thanks to everyone who has tested QuickProof, reported issues, and shared feedback along the way
