Darkfall is a full pixel action RPG running inside Nimiq Pay with 3 classes, 8 procedurally generated depths, randomized loot with 40+ affixes and 14 uniques, fog of war, dynamic lighting. Not a demo: a game. In the alpha right now: - Trading Post - the player-run marketplace. List items for NIM, buyers pay the seller wallet-to-wallet, no escrow, 5% commission, and the server verifies every payment on the Nimiq chain before the item changes hands. It never trusts the client. - The Vigil - a daily check-in streak that belongs to your wallet, not your device. Keep the run alive and the town sets aside gold, potions - and something better the longer you keep it. - The Daily Trial - one shared dungeon floor per UTC day, seeded for everyone. First clear pays. - Bulletin board - pay 1 NIM to post a notice to the whole town. (Yes, the economy runs on in-game NIM.) - Ledger of Heroes - wallet-bound leaderboard. Your record belongs to your address. It's alpha, so expect rough edges — that's exactly why I need you: 1. Play for 10–20 minutes — phone or desktop, any browser (best inside Nimiq Pay). 2. Report what broke — bug, crash, or something that made no sense. 3. Tell me what felt good — and what felt bad. Combat feel, difficulty curve, the NIM economy, the daily loop: I want the honest version. Everything is free! NIM buys conveniences only. A wallet sign-in is optional to play, but it's what unlocks cloud saves, the Vigil, and the leaderboard.
