We promised to build in public and here we are. Here's exactly where we stand:
What's Done:
✅️ Full capsule creation flow live — name, occasion, letter, photos, NIM gift, unlock date. All 4 steps working.
✅️ Wax-seal animation on capsule sealing
✅️ Live countdown timer active during anticipation phase.
✅️ Blurred locked preview: recipients see the timer but nothing inside.
✅️ Testnet integration complete: payments going through on Nimiq Pay.
Wallet connection working seamlessly within the Mini App
✅️ Claim flow fully designed — PIN + Nimiq wallet address input. No wallet connection required to claim. Zero friction for recipients.
🔧 What We're Finalizing:
● Fixing a post-payment capsule save bug. Transaction confirms but capsule record occasionally fails to store. We're on it.
● The Awakening: Envelope opening animation with confetti reveal on unlock
Full gift release on unlock date via escrow. NIM releases directly to recipient's wallet address on claim.
● PIN verification logic on claim screen.
● UI polish and mobile responsiveness final pass.
How claiming works:
Recipient clicks the link → enters PIN → pastes their Nimiq wallet address → hits Claim Gift → NIM arrives instantly. No wallet connection. No gas fees. No friction. Just a gift waiting to be opened. 🎁
