If You're a High Performer...
you'll eventually have to come to a place where you realize not everyone has your drive and passion. And if you expect them to, you'll eventually be disappointed.
Emotional intelligence is one of the greatest skills we can continue sharpening. Otherwise we are going to alienate a lot of people who actually need us in their lives without all the expectations attached to them. And truth be told, we probably need a lot of them in our lives for balance.
People are more important than paydays.
