Hi everyone, I'm Sharen from Sydney, Australia. 👋
I'm an ICF ACC coach, recently renewed, and I'm currently beginning my journey towards the ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS), which I'm incredibly excited about.
What drew me here is a love of learning, practising coaching, and continually refining my skills. I believe we become better coaches through conversation, reflection and lots of deliberate practice.
I'm always happy to connect with other coaches for peer coaching, practice sessions, or simply great conversations about coaching and development.
