Hi everyone, I'm Sharen from Sydney, Australia. 👋 I'm an ICF ACC coach, recently renewed, and I'm currently beginning my journey towards the ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS), which I'm incredibly excited about. What drew me here is a love of learning, practising coaching, and continually refining my skills. I believe we become better coaches through conversation, reflection and lots of deliberate practice.
