The Power of Storytelling
Just listened to this. Every single person that spoke had such storytelling voices. Hoops should do voiceovers! loved hearing your story, as I always do. Your comment about changing parts of a story each time you tell it, reminds me of my grandfather. He would tell us “true” stories that would be embellished each time. He’d get laughing so hard, he’d have a hard time finishing it. What a gem he was! My son is a great storyteller with his kids. He takes on different character voices and they absolutely delight in it. “Dada, be the troll!” or one of the other voices from his collection. In turn, the kids have wonderful imaginations.
I’m better at writing my stories rather than verbalizing them but I’m working on that, slowly but surely and I appreciate the great tips.
