Did you move your body today? Today was tough. I got some bad news before my workout and I wasn’t as motivated as I normally am. I did the workout anyway. I knew moving my body would only help me feel better in the end. We won’t always want to show up. We won’t always be in the mood or feel like it……that’s when discipline takes over! That goes for the gym and every other area of your life that you want to thrive in. Consistency is the key 🔑
