The same discipline it takes to build wealth is the same discipline it takes to build a strong body and a strong mind. Today’s challenge: move your body. Even if it’s just a little. If you’re heading to the gym today, try this simple full-body workout. These are basic movements you’ll find equipment for at almost any gym. Workout (3 sets each): 1️⃣ Dumbbell Squats – 12 repsGreat for legs and glutes. 2️⃣ Dumbbell Bench Press – 10–12 repsChest, shoulders, and triceps. 3️⃣ Lat Pulldowns – 10–12 repsTargets your back and improves posture. 4️⃣ Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 10 repsBuilds shoulder strength. 5️⃣ Walking Lunges with Dumbbells – 10 reps each legLegs, glutes, and balance. 6️⃣ Cable Rows – 10–12 repsStrengthens your back and core. 7️⃣ Plank Hold – 30–45 secondsCore strength and stability. 🔥 Beginner Option:If you’re just starting out, no pressure. Try this instead: • Use lighter weights• Do 2 sets instead of 3• Aim for 8–10 reps• Take 60–90 seconds rest between sets The goal isn’t perfection — it’s progress and consistency. For me it’s locking up a deal at the right price so there’s still room for the buyer and making sure the numbers make sense. Also building a solid buyers list so deals move quickly.

What’s up everyone! My name is Vinny. I’m based in Maryland (PG County area). I’m a licensed Realtor and I’m now building out my wholesaling pipeline. I’ve been in real estate for a little while on the retail side, but I’m focused on creating more leverage targeting probate, off-market deals, and building a strong buyers list. I’m serious about turning this into a consistent deal flow, not just an occasional assignment. Right now I’m working on: • Tightening up my acquisition strategy • Building stronger investor relationships • Locking in my first consistent wholesale deal My main question for the group: For those already closing consistently — what marketing channel gave you your first 1–3 deals?
