Over these two weeks, we’re going to level up in every aspect—mentally, spiritually, physically, and financially—as we hold ourselves accountable and push toward our goals. I’ll be sharing my six daily habits that I swear by: meditation, visualization, journaling, working out, affirmations, and reading or listening to an audiobook daily.
