  1. Driving for Dollars – Use the DealMachine app to track properties on the go.
  2. Pre-foreclosure Leads – Check out BatchLeads or Motivatedsellers.com
  3. Probate Leads – These come directly from your local probate court; you’ll need to request them there or find someone who sells them in your preferred County.
  4. Expired Listings – Use MLS access or sites like RedX to pull these.
  5. Cash Buyers Lists – PropStream is a great resource to build these.
