What are your favorite bedtime routines to wind down and to stop wanting to 'do one more thing'? I'd love to learn new habits to stop the brain overdrive and to feel excited about going to sleep! Have you by any chance made a 180° shift from having a hard time allowing yourself to wind down to now looking forward to going to bed, and if so, how? Is there hope for me, too? 🤞 I used to be the best sleeper ever ... until menopause hit! Now I'm a completely different person ... whaaat?? Nobody told me it was gonna be like this ... I had no idea I would become someone who has a hard time going to bed, falling asleep and staying asleep! Ugh!
