MINDFULNESS IS...
Mindfulness is noticing what we feel — without running from it or rushing to fix it. It’s staying present with the whole spectrum: the pleasant and the uncomfortable. It’s letting the good sink in, so our minds slowly learn to recognise it more. It’s sitting with a feeling… and also knowing when it’s time to let it go. Mindfulness is the quality we bring to what we do. Every action carries energy — and in art, this becomes beautifully visible.That’s why even five mindful minutes with a pencil, brush, or pastel can shift the whole day. A Little Bit About Me
Before this space fills with voices and color, I want to share a little about the hands and heart behind it. My name is Petra. I’ve always felt that art is a way of listening — to myself, to life, to something quieter beneath the noise. I’m a painter and designer who loves exploring where awareness becomes visible — through color, texture, and movement. You might find my work at @petradar.studio, and the project closest to my heart, @vibrational.patterns — an unfolding journey of art, energy, and presence. This community is a space for all who feel that same call — to create, to notice, to connect through what can’t always be said in words. I’d love to know what draws you here. This is the space between brushstrokes —the moment before creation, where we listen, breathe, and remember what moves us. I light a candle. I breathe once for clarity, once for courage, once for trust. This is how I begin. I created this place for anyone who senses that art and awareness are not two things. For now, it’s quiet here — and that feels right. Every community begins in silence,like a blank page waiting for the first gentle line. I’m starting this space before anyone’s here — on purpose. Because creation always begins alone. This circle will grow from curiosity, not from noise. To explore how art and mindfulness can help us feel more alive, connected, and honest.
