The Mind Launch Method is a 3-step system that IF YOU APPLY will dramatically transform your life within 90 days.
Notice how I said “IF”...
This doesn’t work if you don’t do the work.
It’s not a magic pill and I’m not your fairy godmother waving some sparkly little wand around.

And this is my method…
🧠 Step 1) Regulate
The first step in this method is to learn how to regulate your nervous system but not how most people will tell you how to do it.
You don’t need to use breathing exercises.
The first thing I would do to beat anxiety symptoms in 90 days is create a clear plan with some achievable goals to aim towards.
Having a plan and clear goals automatically gives you direction and a sense of security.
This alone will help you enter a more regulated state.
When you know what to do, you just need to show up and do it.
When you don’t know what to do, you’re living with uncertainty, fear and doubt.
In this step, I give you the blueprint and set you up with a daily routine that takes 20-minutes max so you can hit the ground running.
We use a combination of meditation and journaling in the routine.
If you’ve tried meditation before but it didn’t work, it’s not because meditation doesn’t work, it’s because you didn’t have some who could teach you exactly HOW it works.
That’s what I’m able to do from my 15+ years of personal experience.
Then with the journaling, we have a number of different frameworks and processes depending on your specific needs.
These range from inner child healing to subconscious reprogramming.
We aim to bridge the gap between Mind and Body.
You can make solid progress on this within just 30-days of consistency.
Because the truth is, anxiety is not just a mental health issue.
It’s often caused by emotional suppression in the body.
So meditation to feel safe in the body and journalling to master your mind.
Which brings us to…
🚀 Step 2) Reprogram
Anxiety doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It means you’re running off outdated patterns, protective mechanisms and childhood programming that’s designed to keep you safe.
The problem is that you're an adult now and you don’t need those programs anymore.
When you learn how to reprogram your subconscious mind, you can change the mental programs you’re operating from and install a whole new mindset.
You can change your attitude, change your beliefs and change your perspective on life.
One of the things I see so often in my clients is a sort of awakening.
You know the saying “you don’t know what you don’t know”.
This is the experience a lot of my clients have.
When they drop their ego and allow themselves to open up to learning.
It’s like a whole new world opens up for them.
From days 30-60, this is what you can expect when you stay disciplined.
Which brings us to the final step.
🧠🚀 Step 3) Reset
Once you’ve learned to set some clear goals, be consistent with a healthy routine, regulate your nervous system and reprogram your subconscious mind, you will hit the hard reset button.
You’ll start waking up with energy, feeling clear in the mind and calm in the body.
Your friends and family will notice the difference.
People will start asking you what you’re doing differently.
More than that, you’ll feel like you’ve completely reset your identity.
This stage between 60-90 days is where you solidify these changes and make sure you embody them properly so you don't go back to old patterns.

Nothing changes if nothing changes.
There’s a reason cliches are so common, they’re true.
If you don’t choose to change, nothing will change.
