Embodying Your Truth & Navigating The Void
Hey everyone, Over the last couple of weeks we've been diving into Identity-Based concepts. I've been teaching about the "Conditioned Self" and the "True Self".f The conditioned self is essentially who you have been programmed to be... it's your protective mechanisms, your habits and behaviours and the patterns that run your life. These protective mechanisms and patterns aren't "BAD", they're actually designed to keep you safe and secure in life. The problem is for a lot of us, they're out-dated. So we keep doing shit we know is not good for us because we haven't upgraded the mental operating system and our identity. The true self is the authentic and heart-lead version of yourself who wants to emerge. It's your soul, spirit and higher self. It's the best version of you. The void is the transitional space we have to cross to get from the conditioned self to the true self. Really cool stuff to understand.
