She said she stopped asking, "Why is this happening to me?" and instead began asking, "What is this here to teach me?" That one shift changed the way she viewed life's challenges. But today, I challenged our Sisterhood to go one step further. Instead of asking, "Why did this happen?" I want you to ask: "What am I thinking?" That question has the power to change your life. Too often, we become consumed with fixing the results in our lives—our finances, our relationships, our businesses, our health—without ever examining the thoughts that produced those results in the first place. The truth is, every decision begins with a thought. Your thoughts become your beliefs. Your beliefs influence your decisions. Your decisions create your habits. And your habits produce your results. If you don't like the results you're getting, don't just change your actions. Examine your thinking. The battlefield isn't your bank account. It isn't your career. It isn't your relationships. The battlefield is your mind. God has always been more interested in transforming our minds than simply changing our circumstances. When our thinking changes, our decisions change. When our decisions change, our lives begin to change. This week, I challenge you to pause before reacting to any situation and ask yourself: "What am I thinking right now?" Today, our Millionaire Mindset Sisterhood family mourns the loss of one of our own, Dr. Kelly Neal. Some time ago, I mistakenly shared that Kelly had passed. At that time, that information was not accurate. Today, however, I write with a truly broken heart as we say goodbye to a woman whose life embodied perseverance, faith, and the courage to keep moving forward despite unimaginable challenges. Kelly had one of the sweetest spirits you could ever encounter. She always had a warm smile, an open heart, and a genuine desire to grow. She wasn’t satisfied with where she was—she was always reaching for more, always pushing herself to become the woman God called her to be. That is the spirit of a Millionaire Mindset Sister. I had the privilege of personally coaching Dr. Kelly, and watching her transformation was one of the greatest joys. I saw her fight through obstacles that many people never knew about. Her battle with lupus never defined her—it refined her. She chose purpose over pain, faith over fear, and legacy over limitation. Recently, Kelly achieved something she had worked so hard for: the release of her book, I’m Still Here. What a powerful title, and what a powerful testimony. Her story stands as a reminder that perseverance has purpose and that our greatest victories are often born from our greatest battles. In our Sisterhood, we often say that we are not simply building wealth—we are creating legacy. Kelly did exactly that. Through her story, her resilience, and the lives she inspired, her voice will continue speaking long after today. While our hearts are broken, we celebrate a life that mattered. We celebrate a woman who refused to quit. We celebrate a sister who left this world better than she found it. Please join me in praying for Dr. Kelly’s family and everyone who loved her.
