This morning, we built directly on yesterday’s decision to detox our minds. Yesterday, we cleared the ground. Today, we learned that what we plant next will determine what grows. We talked about how many of the thoughts shaping our lives were planted long ago — through childhood experiences, trauma, conversations, environments, and what others spoke over us. Many of us have been living in harvests we didn’t intentionally plant. But today, we took our power back. We learned that mental detox is not just about removing negative thinking — it is about intentionally replacing it. Awareness alone is not enough. Transformation requires discipline and intentional planting. Through journaling, we identified thoughts that no longer serve us, uprooted them, and replaced them with intentional seeds rooted in faith, clarity, confidence, and abundance. The reminder for today: Be mindful. Every thought is a seed. When a negative thought shows up, pause and ask yourself: 👉🏽 “Do I want to harvest this later?” If the answer is no… don’t plant it. 🌱 Your harvest will always reflect what you consistently choose to plant.

Sisters, Today’s message was about urgency, discernment, and obedience. We talked about how many women delay their next step not because God hasn’t spoken — but because they are confused about the voice they’re hearing. Today’s teaching centered on understanding the difference between our subconscious programming and the Holy Spirit, and how misinterpreting the two keeps people stuck longer than necessary. We discussed how the subconscious speaks through fear, past experiences, conditioning, and overthinking. It often sounds reasonable and familiar — but it keeps us hesitant and small. The Holy Spirit leads differently. He leads with peace, clarity, and alignment with God’s Word. Even when He stretches us, He does not confuse us. We were also reminded that tomorrow is not promised. Scripture teaches us that life is a vapor, and because of that, delayed obedience is costly. Many people are waiting for more confirmation when God has already given peace. Many are waiting for fear to disappear when God is calling for movement now. The heart of today’s message was simple: 👉 Many are not waiting on God — God is waiting on them.
