One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that training and nutrition are partners.
You can work incredibly hard in the gym.
But if your nutrition doesn’t support your goals, progress becomes much harder than it needs to be.
Nutrition doesn’t have to be perfect.
But it should be intentional.
So simple question:
What area of nutrition do you struggle with most?

Portion sizes
Snacking
Consistency
Eating enough
Eating too much
