Welcome to Miles I Wellness
Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. Miles I Wellness exists for people who want to walk out faith and fitness with discipline, consistency, and accountability — without hype or pressure. “If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.” — Ecclesiastes 4:10 That verse captures the heart of this community. This is a place to: - Show up honestly - Give and receive support - Keep moving forward together You don’t need to be perfect here. You do need to be willing. Here’s how to start: Introduce yourself below and share: - Your name - What led you here - One thing you’re working on right now (faith, fitness, or discipline) Once you’ve posted, check the pinned posts and begin engaging in the community. Welcome to the journey. Let’s walk it out together.

How to Get Started in Miles I Wellness
This community works best when you participate. Here’s how to get started — and how to get the most from Miles I Wellness: 1. Start with the pinned posts They explain what this community is about and what’s expected here. 2. Introduce yourself If you haven’t already, post an introduction in the Welcome thread. You don’t need to share everything — just show up honestly. 3. Check the classrooms in order The classrooms are designed as a path, not a library. Start at the beginning and move forward intentionally. 4. Engage in the daily posts You’ll see simple prompts for action, reflection, or check-ins. Comment when you show up. Momentum is built through participation. 5. Keep it simple and consistent This is not about perfection. It’s about keeping your word and showing up again tomorrow. If you’re willing to engage, this community will support you. If you’re willing to do the work, growth will follow.

Why Protein Changes Everything
A lot of people think protein is only important if you are trying to become a bodybuilder. That is not true at all. Protein matters for almost everyone. It helps: - support muscle - improve recovery - keep you fuller longer - support performance - help maintain lean tissue while losing weight And honestly, one of the biggest things I notice with people struggling with nutrition is this: They are usually not eating too much food… They are under-eating protein and over-consuming foods that do not satisfy them for very long. So they stay hungry. They snack constantly. They crave more food. And they feel like they have no willpower. Protein changes that. It gives your body something meaningful to work with. That does not mean your nutrition has to be perfect. But becoming more intentional with protein intake can completely change: - hunger - recovery - energy - body composition - consistency So simple question today: Do you think you are currently eating enough protein for your goals?

You Can’t Outrun Your Fork
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that training and nutrition are partners. You can work incredibly hard in the gym. But if your nutrition doesn’t support your goals, progress becomes much harder than it needs to be. Nutrition doesn’t have to be perfect. But it should be intentional. So simple question: What area of nutrition do you struggle with most? Protein Portion sizes Snacking Consistency Eating enough Eating too much

Ownership Is Built In Small Decisions
A lot of people think ownership only shows up in big moments. It doesn’t. Ownership is built in the small decisions nobody sees. Getting up when you said you would.Going for the walk even when you do not feel like it.Putting the phone down earlier.Skipping the second plate.Doing the workout you almost talked yourself out of. Those small moments matter more than people think. Because every small decision is a vote for the person you are becoming. Ownership is rarely one giant life-changing moment. Usually it is a hundred small choices stacked together. So today: What is one small decision you are making today that your future self will thank you for?
