In response to another conversation from the 1.oak Collective Podcast, I did a little research on the Advisor Gap that exists with Millionaires. My Hot Take is that the is a "Silent Millionaire Society" also. These are folks like from the book "Millionaire Next Door" have money invested in their primary home through equity, a 401(k) that has grown unmonitored and some inheritance money they didn't want people to know about. They will begin revealing themselves over the next ten years because of RMDs; something else they never knew existed. It is time folks to push into education.
