WHO ARE YOU WHEN NOBODY NEEDS ANYTHING FROM YOU?
A reflection, not homework. For twenty years you have answered to mom, wife, daughter, employee, the one who copes. Those roles matter. But underneath them there is a person who existed before anyone needed her to be anything. 💗Answer just this one, honestly: ❓If nobody in your life needed anything from you for the next hour, no roles, no responsibilities, just you, what would you actually want to do? ❓Who were you at 28, before everyone needed something from you? What did she love? Not what sounds impressive. Not what a good mother or wife would say. What you, alone, would reach for. 📝Write it down. Sit with it. That is not a stranger you are looking for. That is her. ☑️Download this tool and take five quiet minutes to reflect. ☑️Drop your one-word answer below. I'd love to see who's in there. Lindi 🧡

Your Body Has Been Waiting for This ✅Give Your Body a Few Minutes of Safe
You cannot think your way out of a body that does not feel safe. For twenty years your body has been on guard. Holding it all together, scanning for the next thing that needs you. It is a nervous system doing its job for far too long without a break. So, when the vision board and the goals did not land, it is not because you are the problem or that you have a lack of discipline. Your body was still in survival mode, and a body in survival mode cannot absorb change. Before the vision, before the goals, the body has to feel safe. That is the ground floor. Download the practice below and try it once today. Notice nothing else. Just give your body sixty seconds of safe. Use the tool and we will reflect on this practice on Wednesday🌿 Lindi☕🤍

You Will Always Show Up at the Level of the Identity You Are Holding
Something my mentor said in our group coaching session this week stopped me mid-note. He said, you will always show up at the level of the identity you are holding. Not the level of your knowledge. Not your experience. Not even your intentions. YOUR IDENTITY. And I thought about how many women I work with who are incredibly capable, deeply wise, genuinely ready. But they are still showing up from the identity of the woman who was needed, not the woman who is becoming. The highest version of you is not someone new. She is just someone you have not yet given yourself permission to be. She is still in there. 💛 It is Monday. A fresh week. A clean slate. How will you show up in your new identity today? 🌿 💌SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS IN THE COMMENTS

She is still in there. 🌱
A song came to mind today. dear insecurity by gnash ft Ben Abraham. It starts in the voice of every woman who has ever felt lost, invisible, not enough. And it ends with I am proud of who I am. That is the midlife journey in one song. We do not arrive here broken. We arrive here becoming. What does YOUR I am look like today? Not perfect. Not finished. Just true. 👇 Drop it below. Let's remind each other who we are.
