Had a member asking how to raise a support ticket with Microsoft about Microsoft Fabric and I thought it might be useful for others too.
If you find a bug, or you think the system is not behaving correctly, or your billing/ capacity usage doesn't look right, you should log a support ticket.
To do that:
- Go to this link to take you to the Help and Support section of the Fabric Admin Portal (you may need to be a Tenant Admin to access this, if you are not then get your admin to raise the ticket).
- Click on New Support Request
- Fill in the Product and the brief description of the probem.
- Navigate to the Support tab, select your support plan, fill out the details of the Support Ticket and submit.
